Royal VIV Buisman manufactures the finest texturised butter for pastry with high plasticity and workability. We offer two product lines:

  • Beurre Brillant Pâtisse Premier: gives a smooth flavor with real butter taste
  • Beurre Brillant Pâtisse Excellent: offers the same flavor and taste at higher environmental and processing temperatures

Only the finest raw materials are used for the production, in order to guarantee full customer satisfaction.
