Royal VIV Buisman produces industrial types butter for the production of butter cake and many more confectionery and bakery products. The full and fresh flavor of our products is guaranteed because we use fresh quality cream only. We serve bakeries and patisseries worldwide with our products, ranging from AMF to pâtisse butter or pure butter ghee, amongst others.

Made to specifications           

We can make any of our products to specifications. For example, we can deliver butter in different hardness or AMF with a melting point between 10 and 40 degrees Celsius. No matter what type of butter you require for your butter cake production, we will provide it up to specifications. We send our products directly to your production plant, wherever you are located.
