Dairy Blends
We produce a variety of dairy blends for use in the food industry. As basic ingredients we use anhydrous milkfat (AMF), butter oil, butter or fresh cream. Our laboratory and our pilot plant give us unprecedented knowledge of how to tailor the blends precisely to the application or functionality required by the client.
Quality starts with the excellent fresh cream or butter that we use as raw material, while our modern production methods and strict quality checks also make a significant contribution to the high and consistent level of the properties of these products. We can also specify a melting point ranging from 10 to 44 Celsius. Finally, the method of packaging is naturally part of the quality we supply.
The production of dairy blends takes place for mainly two reasons:
| 1. | Some countries only allow the import of dairy products against very high import duties. They do allow however the import of dairy blends against significantly lower import duties. |
| 2. | Some manufacturers prefer to use a dairy blend for the recipe of their end product. The advantage is that they do not have to do their own blending, purchasing of the different ingredients, quality control etc. |
