Pātisse Bake

Pâtisse Bake is a butter enriched margarine specially developed for the bakery industry. Pâtisse Bake can readily be incorporated into dough. Like all our products, the basis of BRILLANT Pâtisse Bake's high quality lies in the sourcing of excellent raw materials and our food technologists' and bakery experts' know-how.

Pâtisse Bake like butter contains 82% fat, 10% of which is butter, and is very low in Trans Fatty Acids (<1%). Using Pâtisse Bake in your dough will give it a quality premium at a competitive price. Dough produced with Pâtisse Bake makes for a perfect performance on baking production lines. The best processing temperature is between 15 and 20˚C.

Furthermore, production takes place on one of our ultra modern production lines under the most stringent hygienic conditions.
