Anhydrous Milkfat and Butteroil
Our anhydrous milkfat (AMF) and butter oil are used by bakeries, confectioneries and producers of chocolate and ice-cream throughout the world.
The product is of high quality and the composition is precise. So you get exactly what you need. The quality is partly a result of the excellent fresh cream or butter that we use as raw material. Our modern production methods and strict quality checks guarantee a high and consistent level of the properties of this product.
Fractionating:
With our fraction installation we can also provide you with AMF of a melting point between 10 and 44 Celsius. We can supply you with our tailor-made product. In this way we are meeting the challenges in milkfat.
Desodorising:
For special applications, like industrial production of certain toppings, we can neutralise the smell and to decolourise our milkfat.
