AMF & Butteroil - Applications
Our standard AMF (or butteroil) is suitable to be used for all types of short-bread, for recombining of milk and butter.
Our fractionated types of AMF can be used for special applications.
The olein-fractions are mainly used for :
- ice mix manufacturing
- improvement of spread-ability of butter and butter/margarine mixtures
- butter cream manufacturing
The stearin-fractions are more suitable for :
- Danish pastry
- all types puff pastry
- chocolate manufacturing
