We have our own R&D department, which enables us to meet exactly your requirements at a very high expertised level.
We produce a variety of butter and other dairy products for use in the food industry. As basic ingredients we use anhydrous milkfat (AMF), butteroil, butter or fresh cream. Our laboratory and our pilot plant give us unprecedented knowledge of how to tailor the blends precisely to the
application or functionality required by the client. Testing of new products can be done in our own pilotplant.
Quality starts with the excellent fresh cream or butter that we use as raw material, while our modern production methods and strict quality checks also make a significant contribution to the high and consistent level of the properties of these products. We can also specify a melting point ranging from 10 to 44 degrees Celsius.
